Every year, as the weather begins to cool, we always look forward to making turkey chili. When I first thought of starting up Scrumptiouslyskinny.com, I instantly thought of these fish tacos. This is that recipe – you know, the one I pull out to impress people when I have them over for dinner for the first time? If they eat fish, they will love this. It is also very easy to make and the clean-up isn’t bad (all things we want in a yummy, social meal)!

I usually make them with tomatoes or another vegetable skewered along with the pork, but if you don’t want anything other than the meat, go for it! They are delicious on their own, as well! These don’t take long to prepare or grill, but plan in advance for the marinating and skewers soaking time! Don’t feel like soaking skewers? Use metal skewers instead – just make sure they’ve cooled before you touch the with a bare hand! Check out this step-by-step:Continue Reading
