Last night, I had the unadulterated pleasure of eating at Regina’s Pizza in the North End. Apparently, I’ve been there before, but since I only remember the aquarium and Grandpa’s childhood house from my previous trip to Boston (I might have been 10 at the time), I had the unique experience of eating the best, most unforgettable pizza I’ve ever had in my life for the second time…you know, cuz I forgot the first time! It was my loving and dear father who not-so-subtly insisted (since when has he done anything subtly?) that John and I go eat there, and I am so glad he did! So, cheers, Dad and a Happy Father’s Week to you (I get away with not saying anything about it on the blog until now since I was with you on the actual day! 😉
As we ambled through the streets of Boston back to the little apartment we currently call “home,” I started to think about how I might not be using my time here as brilliantly as I originally thought. I mean, what kind of food blogger with an, albeit small, group of food lovers at her very disposal would be so silly as to not even think to ask for restaurant/snack/anything-delicious-and-edible recommendations for Boston?! A very, VERY silly food blogger, that’s who! Oh good, glad you all realize that we’re talking about my silliness here… So, with that, and these lovely iPhone photos of my pizza (and what kind of food blogger goes to eat out and doesn’t remember to take her camera?!), I leave the floor open for your comments and recommendations, which you can leave below! Keep an eye out – photos of your recommendations may just show up here on the blog!
P.S. ~ Here’s a cute puppy photo and a happy birthday shout-out to the tiny one. Spotsie is 6 today!
