If you’re in the mood for a little summer pasta, consider this white bean pasta! It has all of the deliciousness of a classic pasta dish (tomatoes, garlic, olive oil!), classic Italian seasoning, and the healthy benefits of the white beans and spinach! We love to make a big batch of this and have lunch on hand all week.
For me, any Italian recipe is considered comfort food, so I love eating this and knowing I’m getting a lot of healthy benefits, too! For pasta lovers out there needing to watch their sugar consumption, a serving of this comes away with only 4 grams of sugar!
