TGIF!!! This week was crazy and full of big decisions – I’m so glad it is over! I’m not one for big decisions…I much prefer when things aren’t in turmoil because then, when I close my eyes, I don’t dream about house hunting and things of such nature. We’ve been somewhat in a state of limbo ever since John decided to do his web development program, so it’s nice to finally have some direction, but boy am I ready to be moved and settled in to our new home. The Fourth of July is practically a week away – WHAT?! Crazy – this summer is just flying by! Where did June go, right?
I don’t know about you, but my favorite thing to do for the 4th is to visit with family and friends – eating good food and having fun! Since I grew up in Atlanta, I also prefer to start the day of with a 10K (Peachtree Road Race, anyone?), but that might just be me! 😉 That’s my tradition and I love it! …and I don’t have to be in Atlanta to follow it. I’ll run my 10K wherever I am – I mean, how else will I be hungry enough to eat some of everything at our afternoon/evening get-together?!
