Lemon Biscotti. Nothing is quite as refreshing as a cup of tea (or coffee!) and fresh lemon biscotti. The tea could be cold or hot and it would make no difference. These biscotti are crisp, light, and refreshing! They’re sweet, but have a tart little lemon kick! I’ve eaten these for breakfast, a snack, and as dessert. The lemony icing drizzle just tops the biscotti off with a little more tart.
